What I collect
When you send a message through the contact form on this site, I receive the name, email address and message you provide. Nothing else is collected, and this site does not use analytics or advertising trackers.
How it is used
Your message is used for one purpose only: to reply to your enquiry. It is not shared with third parties, added to a mailing list, or used for marketing.
How long it is kept
Enquiries are kept only as long as needed to handle them and any follow-up. You can ask me at any time to delete your message — just email kc@karencousins.com.
